Comprehensive Launch of Spring and Autumn Technology Strategic Human Resources Project
On October 24, 2016, at exactly 3:00 PM, the "Spring and Autumn Technology Strategic Human Resources Project Launch Conference" was successfully held in the company's training room. The conference was hosted by Zhou Haibo, Human Resources Director of Spring and Autumn Technology. Zhang Zhenghua, Chairman of Best, Zhao Daguang, General Manager of the Human Resources Division, and Xue Gewen, Chairman of Spring and Autumn Technology, attended the meeting and delivered important speeches. Best's senior consultants Sun Kang and Wu Zhenping, Vice President Wang of Spring and Autumn Technology, and heads of various departments attended the launch meeting.
First, Director Zhou of Spring and Autumn Human Resources solemnly introduced the main participants from both sides, read the document on the establishment of the project organization, and explained the significance of the human resources project. Director Zhou said: During the 18 years of development of Spring and Autumn Technology, through the continuous efforts of all Spring and Autumn people, we have achieved a brilliant past: the Spring and Autumn Technology Park is about to be put into use, and Spring and Autumn people will embrace a more efficient, modern, and scientific working environment; the company has already started the pace of going public, and we will face greater business opportunities; but at the same time, the external environment the company currently faces has also undergone huge changes: such as the huge impact of the internet on traditional industries, the popularization of Industry 4.0, rising raw material prices, increasing labor costs, and so on. At this stage, Spring and Autumn must train its internal strength; the core of training internal strength is to first build our talent team, especially the cadres, to learn how to rely on the company's scientific human resources system to improve management capabilities and lead our team to fight. In the complex and ever-changing market, we create and realize real value for our customers, shareholders, and employees, share the value, and ensure everyone works happily and lives a happy life.
Next, Mr. Zhao Daguang, General Manager of Best's Human Resources Division, explained the project structure and put forward requirements for the cooperation of project members.
Mr. Zhang Zhenghua, Chairman of Best, also made an important speech at the meeting. Chairman Zhang suggested that all Spring and Autumn cadres should change their thinking and consider the company's operation from a strategic perspective. They should transform their inherent knowledge into processes for employees to follow, thereby improving organizational efficiency. The strategic human resources project of Spring and Autumn is the beginning of management reform. Reform does not start with employees but with cadres. Cadres must raise their awareness, be courageous to take responsibility, and lead by integrating the company's fate with their own careers. Cadres are the core of the company and must be able to stand up at critical moments and be effective fighters.
Finally, Chairman Xue Gewen gave a concluding speech. Chairman Xue pointed out: Why do we need to carry out a human resources project? This is something we need to discuss clearly. He further stated: The economic environment, industry trends, and competitors force Spring and Autumn to make changes. Spring and Autumn people must be vigilant in times of danger. We can learn from Huawei and discuss more about when Spring and Autumn might fall. We must understand that the reasons for success are also the reasons for failure. If we do not remove the stumbling blocks, we may fall at any time. Understanding the crisis makes it clear that it is time for reform. Chairman Xue emphasized: Project team members must self-adjust conflicts between the project and daily work, overcome difficulties in daily work, clear tasks daily, complete tasks according to plan, and also devote some energy to the project. Chairman Xue encouraged everyone: We must remember our philosophy—create value, share value. The company is already preparing for listing. For the listing, we have invested a lot of human, material, and financial resources. In today's declining profits, to give the company greater survival space, we can only survive better by continuously "creating value." While surviving, we fully consider the issue of "sharing value" with technical experts, management cadres, core personnel, and even all employees, practicing our values of "happy work, happy life."
