The Spring and Autumn Technology Strategic Human Resources Project Fully Launched On October 24, 2016, at exactly 3:00 PM, the "Spring and Autumn Technology Strategic Human Resources Project Launch Conference" was successfully held in the company's training room. The conference was hosted by Zhou Haibo, Human Resources Director of Spring and Autumn Technology. Zhang Zhenghua, Chairman of Best, Zhao Daguang, General Manager of the Human Resources Division, and Xue Gewen, Chairman of Spring and Autumn Technology, attended the meeting and delivered important speeches. Best's senior consultants Sun Kang and Wu Zhenping, Vice President Wang of Spring and Autumn Technology, and heads of various departments attended the launch meeting. First, Director Zhou of Spring and Autumn Human Resources solemnly introduced the main participants from both sides and read out the establishment of the project organization structure.

The Spring and Autumn Technology Strategic Human Resources Project Course "Rebirth of the Eagle" Successfully Launched
On November 8, 2016, more than 50 core employees of Spring and Autumn Technology gathered in the company training room, enthusiastically participating in the first phase of the human resources project course "Rebirth of the Eagle." Chairman Xue Gewen, Vice President Wang Haibin, and all senior executives of the company attended this training. The course was taught by Mr. Zhao Daguang, a senior project consultant from Best.
Before the course began, Human Resources Director Mr. Zhou Haibo introduced the overall project organizational structure and participation rules. Director Zhou explained that to ensure the smooth progress of the project, the company established a project leadership team led by Chairman Xue.

Spring and Autumn Technology Strategic Human Resources Project Lesson 2 "Discussion on Corporate Culture" November 18, 2016, the second phase of the Spring and Autumn Human Resources Project course "Discussion on Corporate Culture" successfully started. This course aims to help employees understand what corporate culture is, the role of corporate culture, how to refine corporate culture, what vision, mission, and values are, and the steps for implementing corporate culture. The course was taught by Mr. Zhao Daguang, a senior project consultant from Best. Since the first training session was successfully conducted, this training went straight to the point. Spring and Autumn Technology Strategic Human Resources Project "Outcome Thinking"
On December 3, 2016, the fourth phase of the Spring and Autumn Technology Strategic Human Resources Project course "Outcome Thinking" successfully commenced. This course aims to help employees understand what outcome thinking is, its concept, significance, and how to achieve outcomes, as well as learning to write work plans and outcomes. The course was taught by Best's senior project consultant Wu Zhenping. Mr. Wu introduced the topic with questions: What is the relationship between a company and its customers? What is the relationship between a company and its employees? Based on the participants' answers, it was deduced that the relationship between a company and its employees is a commercial value exchange, and the essence of commercial value exchange is outcome exchange. The company can only exchange with customers through outcomes.
