Learning & Reading Platform Launch Ceremony

On July 18, 2024, the Learning & Reading Platform Launch Ceremony of the ChunQiu Hefei Manufacturing Base was held in the 3rd-floor conference room of Hefei Jingwei Electronics. More than 50 people attended the meeting, including Xiong Xianjun, General Manager of ChunQiu Hefei Manufacturing Base; Yan Hongbing, Deputy General Manager of Hefei Jingwei; Zhou Yunguo, Deputy General Manager of Automation; department heads from the three companies; and the 2024 reserve cadres. This marks the official launch and operational phase of the Learning & Reading Platform.

Internal Learning Platform

Director Zhu compared the advantages and disadvantages of traditional offline learning and online learning, pointing out that offline learning has drawbacks such as time and space limitations, high costs, and learning constraints. With technological progress and the arrival of the digital learning era, General Manager Xiong also proposed that we should use a digital platform to learn and stimulate employees' interest in learning; conveniently and quickly meet employees' learning needs. Under General Manager Xiong's guidance, after nearly a year of development and refinement by the IT Department, the internal learning platform of ChunQiu Group Hefei Manufacturing Base was officially launched.

Next, Director Zhu introduced the development process of the learning platform, login methods, course resources, points ranking, and other content. Finally, Director Zhu pointed out: "Learning is not limited to this moment. In the process of enterprise digital development, the digital transformation of training and learning is equally important. By pushing a series of courses through digital means, it facilitates every employee to improve their learning and helps the enterprise develop."

External Reading Platform

Director Ren first demonstrated the internal audiobook platform catalog, login methods, a day of audiobook listening scenarios, and led everyone on-site to experience the convenient and fast audiobook and reading methods.

Regarding the launch of the audiobook and reading function modules, Director Ren said: "The development of organizations and individuals requires not only 'bringing in' but also 'going out.' Reading is not just a pastime but a spiritual nourishment that helps us broaden our horizons, cultivate thinking ability, and enhance cognition. If we encounter difficulties at this stage, we can also get inspiration from books, continuously strengthen our beliefs, and achieve growth. In today's busy work, it is difficult to find time to select books in bookstores, and even harder to carry a book every day to read during breaks. Books can not only be read but also 'listened to.' ChunQiu Group Hefei Manufacturing Base has launched online audiobook listening via WeChat Work and an external reading resource module on the public account. Using external knowledge as a link, empowerment as a means, and IT-developed learning platforms as a driver, we continuously strengthen the organization's vitality and core competitiveness. General Manager Xiong expressed high expectations for the launch of the digital Learning & Reading Platform. With the rapid development of the industry environment, future competition will be talent competition, and only through competition can outstanding individuals continuously emerge. To maintain our company's core competitiveness, we must develop in sync with the industry, continuously absorb knowledge, and inherit excellent experience. The platform's construction requires active participation and continuous interaction from every employee so that the platform can continuously iterate and update.
