On November 28, 2024, on this special day of Thanksgiving, to commend colleagues who are brave in exploration and innovation in their daily work and have made outstanding contributions in proposal improvements, and to foster a positive, grateful, and dedicated corporate culture, we gathered together under the theme "Upward and Innovative, Continuous Improvement" to hold the ChunQiu Group Hefei Manufacturing Base October Proposal Improvement Sharing and Commendation Meeting.

This sharing and commendation meeting gathered numerous excellent proposals from various fields, departments, and positions across three companies. These proposals are not only practical but also highly innovative and feasible. From process optimization and production efficiency improvement to ingenious modifications of screw locking machines, every idea shines with the light of improvement, and every proposal embodies the team's dedication and wisdom.

Speech by Jingshen Precision Factory Director Cheng Lei

After listening to the proposal improvement sharing, Director Cheng sincerely congratulated and thanked the awarded employees who participated in the sharing.

He said: "In this proposal improvement activity, everyone's proposals, whether related to molds, fixtures, or production tools, have gathered collective wisdom to achieve the greatest benefits at the lowest cost. Recently, General Manager Xiong returned from a study visit in Japan and emphasized that we must continuously stimulate employees' innovative thinking and sense of responsibility, enhance their sense of belonging and cohesion to the company, and collect constructive and practical improvement plans to improve the company's operational efficiency, product quality, and service level."
