Director Ren said: "This sharing session presented many innovative proposals from the perspectives of production, management, technology, material recycling, workstation merging, and quality. Through monthly proposal project exchanges among the three companies, it helps spark good ideas, break through existing technologies, and propose more innovative improvements. Also, since February, with the continuous implementation of proposal improvement projects promoted by the lean production departments of the three companies, the company has saved costs and improved efficiency.
