Speech by Boda Precision Deputy General Manager Jia Ying

After listening to this improvement proposal sharing, Deputy General Manager Jia affirmed the award winners. Jia said: "The promotion of lean production activities is correct. It not only stimulates employees' enthusiasm for innovation but also facilitates good idea collisions, mutual reference, and learning among employees of the three companies. Meanwhile, the supervisors of the three lean production departments should actively promote the activities, continuously improve the content of lean production, and allow more excellent proposals to be showcased."

Director Qu made two suggestions based on the content of this sharing and commendation meeting: 1. Most proposals are production-related; we should also pay attention to safety and management and propose more suggestions regarding safety and management. 2. During sharing, others should actively communicate if there is any misunderstanding or need for exchange to foster idea collisions.
