In 2024, we set off towards new beginnings

Chairman Xue Gewen first expressed recognition and gratitude to all employees who worked hard at the ChunQiu Group Hefei Manufacturing Base over the past year. Then, Chairman Xue reviewed the industry situation in 2023. After three years of the pandemic, last year saw openness in industry development, personal life, and work. Despite challenges such as economic downturn and severe conditions, under the leadership of General Manager Xiong Xianjun, the Hefei Manufacturing Base achieved excellent results, fully reflecting the "upward" spirit and "craftsman" spirit of the ChunQiu people.

In 2024, I also hope the ChunQiu Group Hefei Manufacturing Base will deepen its foundation and embrace challenges. Maintain an "upward" mindset and enthusiasm, uphold the spirit of "change," make your career better and more competitive, and finally wish everyone and their families a Happy New Year!

General Manager Xiong Xianjun of the ChunQiu Group Hefei Manufacturing Base gave an excellent 2023 annual report themed "Deeply Cultivate Manufacturing, Grow Upward."

Facing 2023 with declining revenue, internal and external competition, and major quality issues, thanks to the efforts of all colleagues, we accomplished many things. First, we must say thank you to ourselves!

Regarding the 2023 industry environment, General Manager Xiong said: "The company's revenue is declining. We have been deeply cultivating the industry in Hefei for ten years, always adhering to craftsmanship to create quality products. We must maintain fighting enthusiasm even when facing downturns and have the ability to root deeply and absorb nutrients. Only then can we burst forth with vigorous strength in the next decade and lead the industry's upward development vision. We must also remember our shame. Last year, we had serious quality issues. Quality is the core of our future development. All our factories must focus on quality to reassure customers, bosses, and business. Future competition will definitely be quality competition. We also found many problems last year: rising management costs, low equipment and software utilization, unstable personnel with high turnover. We must find our positioning, continuously empower the manufacturing department, and grow with it, as manufacturing is the foundation of everything."

In 2024, General Manager Xiong hopes we will center on manufacturing, support frontline staff, merge NPI development, reduce equipment costs, learn more by going out, inherit quality experience, explore hidden costs, involve molds early in development, value data assets, continue the talent and successor cultivation plan, and build the company's future differentiated core competitiveness. The 2024 corporate culture strategy—Upward: not afraid of failure, grow upward, maintain tenacity and passion, base on the 3C industry, empower manufacturing, be a shining person who lights up others and moves upward hand in hand.
