Internal trainers are the bridge for knowledge inheritance within the enterprise. To improve the teaching ability of internal trainers, the ChunQiu Group Hefei Manufacturing Base held a special training and internal trainer evaluation meeting on "Course Development and Teaching Skills" from June 21 to 22, 2024, enabling internal trainers to master more teaching methods and inject new vitality into the company's internal training.

1. Starting from Needs to Inspire Learning Enthusiasm

At the beginning of the training, the instructor first guided the trainees to understand ice-breaking techniques through personal examples, arousing their interest in learning. The instructor gave an easy-to-understand explanation on the role positioning of internal trainers, teaching philosophy, and the importance of course development, which stimulated everyone's enthusiasm for learning. The atmosphere on site was lively, and the internal trainers expressed that they would cherish this learning opportunity and continuously improve themselves.

In the course development session, we focused on starting from actual needs, guiding internal trainers to design courses from aspects such as setting course objectives, selecting teaching content, and applying teaching methods. Through group discussions and case analyses, internal trainers gained a deeper understanding of course development and also learned how to conduct personalized teaching based on the characteristics and needs of learners.

2. Using Vivid Classroom Explanations to Teach Practical Skills

01 Teaching Skills: Making the Classroom Lively

Teaching skills are essential basic skills for internal trainers. During the training, the instructor invited internal trainers to share their teaching experiences. They were guided on how to attract students' attention, improve classroom interaction, and use body language, with detailed explanations and live demonstrations. The internal trainers expressed that they benefited greatly and were determined to apply the learned skills in actual teaching.

02 Practical Exercises: Testing Learning Outcomes

To help internal trainers better master course development and teaching skills, we organized practical exercises. Internal trainers needed to design a course themselves and conduct a trial lecture. During the exercises, everyone learned from and evaluated each other, continuously improving their course design and teaching skills. In the end, each internal trainer presented a wonderful trial lecture. A three-member panel consisting of the teaching instructor, Manager Bao Zhao from the Management Department, and Training Class Leader Liu Fanglin evaluated each trial lecture on site, sharing their impressions and suggestions. The excellent trial lectures and refined comments from the internal trainers won rounds of applause from the audience.

3. Training Summary: Full of Gains

After two days of intense and fulfilling training, the internal trainers expressed that they had gained a lot. They not only learned advanced concepts and methods of course development but also mastered practical teaching skills. More importantly, they recognized their shortcomings and areas for improvement in teaching, which pointed the way for their future teaching work.

Finally, Manager Bao Zhao from the Management Department represented the company to award "Appointment Letters" to the internal trainers who participated in the trial lecture evaluation and gave a summary speech on this course: We want to thank all the internal trainers who participated in the training.
