Unite Hearts and Minds, Align Thoughts | ChunQiu Group Corporate Culture Co-creation Training Session

On March 4th, the ChunQiu Group's corporate culture co-creation training session kicked off at the Lujiang Andeli Hotel. Nearly 20 senior management members from various branches of the ChunQiu Group attended the meeting, aiming to upgrade the corporate culture content by reviewing the shared excellent behaviors and values formed during past work processes.

Unify Thoughts

At the start of the seminar, Mr. Zhang Xiaofeng from Huaxia Cornerstone Management Consulting first introduced the concept, essence, and role of corporate culture. Through cases of the evolution of excellent corporate cultures, he demonstrated the basic methodology, core concepts, and applied ideas of cultural philosophy.

• Culture is a belief, the power of passion (mission pursuit that inspires passion, unleashes potential and creativity)

• Culture is a stance, the power of reason (standards for judging right and wrong and value positions, giving people rationality and boundaries)

• Culture is a hypothesis, the power of guidance (correct business assumptions about the future, providing the organization and individuals with the right direction)

• Culture is a consensus, the power of cohesion (unifying thoughts, establishing a common language, reducing transaction costs, forming cohesion)

• Culture is a habit, the power of habit (unique organizational thinking and behavior patterns, the need for inheritance and innovation)

• Culture is a contract, the power of autonomy (rising to a psychological contract, self-management, self-discipline)

At the consensus meeting, participants were divided into three groups to discuss ChunQiu's vision, mission, and values, and then formed reports to present.

Representatives from the three groups reported on the discussion results regarding the mission, vision, and values.

Comments and Summary

Mr. Zhang Xiaofeng summarized the reports from each group, pointed out issues, and suggested optimizations.

Resources will eventually be exhausted

Only culture is ever-lasting

The discussion and formulation of corporate culture is not an overnight task, and the process of implementing corporate culture is even more difficult and lengthy, requiring all employees to explore together. In the future, we hope that the abstract corporate culture will permeate our daily work, promoting the development of material civilization through spiritual civilization, building the core competitiveness belonging to the ChunQiu strivers, and continuously contributing to the Group's grand goals!
