Co-creating Safety, Protecting Peace | Broad Precision Organizes "Dust Monitoring and Early Warning System" Study and Observation Activity

On December 26, 2024, the Hefei Emergency Management Bureau organized a special safety training activity for key dust explosion-related enterprises in the industrial and trade sector of Hefei City—Hefei Boda Precision was selected as the on-site observation and learning point for the construction status of the dust explosion enterprise risk monitoring system.

In recent years, accidents have frequently occurred in dust-related enterprises, with profound lessons learned. To further deepen safety source governance and systematic management, and to promote the transformation of dust explosion safety governance towards proactive prevention, on December 26, 2024, the special safety training and observation activity for key dust explosion enterprises in Hefei's industrial and trade sector, organized by the Hefei Emergency Management Bureau, was held as scheduled at Hefei Boda Precision Technology Co., Ltd., achieving complete success.

To implement the spirit of the "Notice from the General Office of the Ministry of Emergency Management on Accelerating the Construction and Application of Safety Production Risk Early Warning Systems for Dust Explosion Enterprises in the Industrial and Trade Sector" (Emergency Office (2023) No. 82) and other documents; under the deployment of the Hefei Emergency Management Bureau and the specific guidance of the Lujiang County Emergency Management Bureau, Hefei Boda Precision Technology Co., Ltd., with approval from the company's main leadership and investment of special budget funds, completed the construction of six sets of dust explosion pipeline and area risk monitoring and early warning systems throughout the plant in November 2024. This greatly improved the accuracy and timeliness of risk prevention, effectively curbing the possibility of safety risk incidents, and safeguarded the company's safe production.

This observation and learning activity was led by Director Wu Haifeng (Party Committee Member, Deputy Director) and Director Yu Haisheng (Deputy Director of the Industrial and Trade Division) of the Hefei Emergency Management Bureau, assisted by Chief Engineer Gu Dexiang of the Lujiang County Emergency Management Bureau. Xiangyuan Technology was responsible for the technical explanation of the system implementation, and the Safety and Environmental Protection Department of Boda Precision shared their system implementation experience. Participants also included leaders from emergency management departments at district and county levels within Hefei City, as well as colleagues from dust and explosion-related enterprises across the city.

Observers inspected the production site, the installation technical parameters of monitoring sensors, intelligent data transmission paths, and intelligent gateway transmission equipment, and engaged in active discussions.
