ChunQiu Hefei Manufacturing Base Kick-off Management Meeting

On February 17th, the ChunQiu Group Hefei Manufacturing Base 2024 Kick-off Business Management Meeting was held in the third-floor conference room of Jingwei Electronics Technology Co., Ltd. The meeting was hosted by General Manager Xiong Xianjun of the ChunQiu Group Hefei Manufacturing Base, with department heads from the three enterprises of the Hefei manufacturing base attending.

At the meeting, General Manager Xiong Xianjun announced the 2024 post-kickoff departmental business directions and goals for the three companies at the Hefei manufacturing base. Further deepening the improvement and reform of the corporate management system.

At the start of the meeting, General Manager Xiong first analyzed the market competition situation, comprehensively explained the 2024 market business measures, and made requirements regarding annual strategy content, cost management, talent reserve, capability enhancement, intelligent manufacturing, functional construction, standard unification, energy saving and emission reduction, production safety, and product lifecycle capability building. He hoped that the department heads of the three companies would interconnect, unify windows and resources, unite as one, and quickly respond to and solve various problems encountered in 2024.

2024 Team Work Goals

Regarding the 2024 work goals of each company department, General Manager Xiong proposed several core keywords at the meeting:

1. Resolute Execution, Immediate Action: Attitude must be firm, actions swift, and willpower resilient; firmly execute the company's strategic goals, maintain rapid responsiveness, and be tenacious.

2. Level Advancement, Capability Enhancement: The capabilities of the company, team, and individuals must continuously improve and advance; talent reserve and team building must be strengthened continuously. High-quality development of the enterprise is urgent; the future enterprise must have both scale and quality.

3. Team Integration, Upward Breakthrough: The management teams of the three companies must continuously communicate, learn, and share experiences, helping each other. They should learn iteratively by drawing on diverse strengths through various methods. Establish goals for the group, company, and individuals; explore and research new technologies in the industry, continuously innovate, and achieve upward breakthroughs.

Development Team

Enhance overall team capabilities (customer response, reporting skills, problem analysis skills, etc. through regular training); unify development standards and models across the three companies; manage development costs well; conduct team building to cultivate departmental development talents and nurture internal personnel.

Quality Team

Unify the client-side factory liaison windows of the three companies to quickly resolve customer issues; QE/QC deeply engage in manufacturing with hands-on management, pragmatically helping production solve problems; continuously improve team capabilities, increase stability, and timely share and inherit internal improvement experiences and information.

Manufacturing Team

Implement production targets well and closely cooperate with development; improve line balance rate and assist management improvement systematically; workshop basic cadres must continuously change mindset, improve personal abilities, and cultivate internal technical talents; maintain coating advantages to enhance competitiveness; CNC to establish special projects to improve production and equipment, reducing costs.

Material Team

The transportation, obsolete materials, and packaging management methods of the three companies must be continuously standardized and unified; cultivate internal talents.

Procurement Team

Continuously improve and optimize supplier management mechanisms; integrate resources, materials, and suppliers of the three companies to promote healthy development of the company’s supply chain.

Safety and Environmental Protection Team

Help employees improve safety production responsibility awareness; assign dedicated personnel for safety management of key production processes; manage and supervise work injury accident indicators of all company departments; strictly implement national safety production standards.

Automation Team

Increase the utilization rate of automation equipment; strengthen the construction of the automation team.

Information Technology Team

Improve hardware management of the three companies; vigorously promote digital transformation and increase software utilization; use the developed information systems to assist departments in providing effective data analysis and summaries.

Human Resources, Administration, and Equipment Team

Improve employees’ work environment, living environment, and dining environment to enhance the stability of basic employees; improve recruitment capabilities to hire suitable personnel; implement employee education, training, and capability enhancement; manage equipment and materials health and safety well; unify equipment entry and exit windows; promote energy saving and emission reduction.

Lean Production Team

Implement the operation of the company’s proposal improvement system; maintain smooth internal communication and cooperation; good proposals should be discussed internally in a timely manner and shared with all units to improve efficiency; cooperate with the material team to unify packaging materials and reduce costs.

Mold Team

Help solve molding problems and save manpower; continuously improve mold manufacturing capabilities, reduce mold failure rates, and increase yield rates.

The Spring Festival holiday has passed, and we are about to start the new year's work, face challenges, embrace the future, and look forward to 2024. The ChunQiu Group Hefei Manufacturing Base will continue to work hard, strive together, achieve upward breakthroughs, implement the company’s strategic deployment, refine high-quality products and services, strengthen communication and cooperation with partners and customers, achieve mutual benefit and win-win results, and promote the group’s high-quality development through refined business management.
