Manager Fang Chengwei mentioned several key points in his sharing.

First, he pointed out that during new product mold development, close cooperation with customers is necessary, illustrated by a past review with DELL customer on targko model DFM. During that review, the mold drawings were comprehensively revised according to the customer's ideas, deeply reviewed from multiple dimensions including mold precision, design benchmarks, and processes, almost equivalent to redesigning. Only after customer confirmation did material procurement and processing begin. "We have no room for complaints; repeated revisions are our mission, and the customer's adjustment suggestions are our valuable assets." Communication during development allows us to more accurately grasp customer needs, optimize our service process, improve product quality, and avoid waste in subsequent procurement, processing, and mass production stages.

Secondly, regarding internal team management, he suggested establishing standardized project processes to ensure efficient review during new machine development and timely summarization of experiences and lessons.

Furthermore, on external communication, he believes that in cross-department collaboration, one should always maintain a humble attitude to learn, communicate based on facts without emotions, ensuring smooth project progress. When communicating projects with customers, use your technical expertise to let customers make choices, rather than throwing problems to them. 。
