"Beautiful ChunQiu, Happy Life" — ChunQiu Technology 2016 Annual Meeting Successfully Held

On January 21, 2017, Suzhou ChunQiu Electronics Technology Co., Ltd.'s 2016 annual meeting was successfully held at the Poly Theater in Kunshan. The theme of this annual meeting was "Beautiful ChunQiu, Happy Life," incorporating many corporate culture elements. It summarized the remarkable achievements of 2016 and welcomed the hopeful 2017. More than 1,200 employee representatives gathered together, singing and dancing to celebrate the grand event.

Upon entering, two exquisite trusses attracted many employees to stop and admire. One displayed the main background of this annual meeting, while the other featured a photo wall with beautiful pictures of employee benefits, entertainment activities, employee life, and work style. The scenes of ChunQiu people "working happily and living happily" were vivid.

With a heartwarming warm-up video, each department took turns to congratulate the New Year. Accompanied by a stunning opening video, the large-scale song and dance "ChunQiu Welcomes You" officially opened the annual meeting.

The first segment of this annual meeting was the awards ceremony, with four awards: ChunQiu Charm Star, Inheritance Star, Talent Star, and Team Star. Vice President Wang of ChunQiu, special guest Ms. Xue, and other executives went on stage to present awards to the winners and team representatives, followed by group photos. The audience learned about the specific content of each award through the host's introduction and deeply understood that the awardees were outstanding because of their remarkable achievements and contributions. The excellent recognition set a learning benchmark for employees and pointed out the direction for action.

Subsequently, Vice President Wang of the ChunQiu Institution Center gave a speech. Vice President Wang first reviewed the major achievements of ChunQiu in 2016 and expressed heartfelt thanks to customers, suppliers, and especially all ChunQiu people who helped and supported the company's development. Finally, Vice President Wang urged ChunQiu people to look globally outward and continuously reflect inward, aiming for greater progress in 2017.

This annual meeting was divided into four chapters according to program type and theme: Spring Chapter — Creation, Summer Chapter — Sharing, Autumn Chapter — Value, Winter Chapter — Dream; this deeply matched the subtitle of our annual meeting. The rounds of applause on site were the best praise for the wonderful programs brought by employees from various departments and recognition of the performers who worked meticulously and showed versatile talents.

During the Autumn Chapter, three talented children performed a beautiful folk music Hulusi "Joyful Dance" for all ChunQiu people; two children demonstrated calligraphy on site, expressing their full New Year blessings. Five couplets were displayed: The first couplet upper line: "Spring sows great undertakings, today dedicating wholeheartedly," lower line: "Autumn harvests myriad phenomena, tomorrow gold and silver fill the bowl," horizontal inscription: "Beautiful ChunQiu"; The second couplet upper line: "Spring breeze boldly combs the willows," lower line: "Autumn rain secretly moistens the flowers," horizontal inscription: "Happy Homeland"; The third couplet upper line: "Grand blueprint spanning the heavens, clouds and rosy clouds celebrate a prosperous era," lower line: "Talented people on earth, thriving business gathers wealth to create brilliance," horizontal inscription: "Great Ambitions"; The fourth couplet upper line: "Steadfast as a mountain's will, calm and gentle breeze, looking back at the once rugged past," lower line: "Vast as water's intent, prosperous and thriving, looking forward to a more brilliant tomorrow," horizontal inscription: "Heaven Rewards Diligence"; The fifth couplet upper line: "Create value, expand business, optimize processes, lean management, multi-engine driven development," lower line: "Share achievements, Shanghai Waihong, Suzhou ChunQiu, Hefei Jingwei, multiple enterprises advance together to build dreams," horizontal inscription: "Build Brilliance Together."

The five couplets' acrostics represent the three subsidiaries of ChunQiu Group: "Waihong, ChunQiu, Jingwei," describing the glorious journey of hard work and remarkable achievements of ChunQiu Technology's three subsidiaries; the continuous horizontal inscriptions "Beautiful ChunQiu, Happy Homeland, Great Ambitions, Heaven Rewards Diligence, Build Brilliance Together" express strong confidence in the future and wish ChunQiu an even better tomorrow!

During the program performances, there were also periodic lottery sessions with a total of 6 awards and nearly 800 prizes, with a winning rate of over 50%, continuously raising the climax of the annual meeting, with applause and cheers rising one after another! At the end, special guest Ms. Xue, on behalf of Chairman Xue, added 10 extra awards, bringing the annual meeting to the most passionate climax.

At 21:30 in the evening, the annual meeting concluded successfully, with songs, applause, and cheers still echoing in the venue.
