To fulfill our corporate social responsibility, our company commits to We do not accept metals sourced from conflict-affected mines, as committed in the following procurement policy. :
1. Do not purchase conflict minerals originating from conflict regions. ;
2. All suppliers must not use conflict minerals originating from conflict-affected areas and must sign a Conflict-Free Minerals Commitment Letter with our company.
3. Our company’s suppliers, who are responsible for managing their upstream and downstream vendors, must comply with the conflict-free minerals requirement to ensure that the products supplied to our company do not contain “conflict minerals,” and they are required to sign a commitment letter.
"Conflict minerals" include, but are not limited to, tin ore, wolframite, coltan, and gold—and their derivatives—originating from the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and neighboring countries, as well as any areas within these nations controlled by armed groups. This specifically refers to the raw materials of metals such as gold (Au), tantalum (Ta), tin (Sn), and tungsten (W). "The use or inclusion of these metals does not involve sourcing from the DRC and its surrounding countries, nor from any areas within these nations controlled by armed forces," which means that the mining, smelting, shaping, and other manufacturing processes of these metals must take place exclusively outside the DRC and its neighboring regions, as well as any territories under the control of armed groups in those countries.
4. The signatory hereby commits to having the authority, or already being fully authorized, to sign this commitment letter on behalf of the company.
