Spring and Autumn Technology Strategic Human Resources Project "Results Thinking"
Spring and Autumn Technology Strategic Human Resources Project The fourth course "Results Thinking" was successfully launched. This course is designed to enable employees to understand what is the outcome thinking, the concept of meaning thinking, what it means, and how to do it, and learn to write work plans and results. The course was delivered by Wu Zhenping, a senior project consultant at Best.
Mr. Wu introduces the question: What is the relationship between the company and the customer? What is the relationship between business and employees? According to the student's answer, the performance is: the relationship between the enterprise and the employee is a business value exchange, and the essence of the exchange of business value is the exchange of results. Only when the company exchanges results and customers can survive and develop, it will not be eliminated by the market. Only employees who use the results and exchanges with the company can get compensation and development space will not be eliminated by the society.
Mr. Wu further explained the three elements of outcome thinking: has time, assessment, and value. And let the students study in groups and draw conclusions: attitude is not equal to results, responsibility is not equal to results, and tasks are not equal to results.
“How to make a result" is the final part of the course. To achieve real results, you need to have three principles and four steps. The most important point is: The results come from action, want results, and act first. In order to achieve the effect of immediate action, each group conducted a case study of the “weekly work plan”.
At the end of the course, the on-site judges commented on the writing of the weekly work plans of each group. The first group's weekly work plan is more relevant to the standards and requirements of this course, and is also the core three elements that best reflect the results of thinking. Financial Director Lu was awarded a cash prize on the spot for the first team. I hope that in the follow-up training, everyone can get more growth.
